Taking very sound advise by those much wiser than myself, we are in the process of breaking it into the three logical segments. Happier to take it in smaller bites now I've been unexpectedly given more time on this planet, allowing me to digest this experience in some framework of reality.
There were always at least two realities in the house I grew up in, quite often four, sometimes more. Much of it written in the process of discovery and declassification following 50 years of groomed military silence reinforced in a household cloaked in medical research and a couple dedicated to protecting military and personal secrets. |

Cautionary tales from living life as a subject of Cold War Human Radiologic Experiments.
I had no idea how unique my experience was until I was able to find a community struggling to be recognized and researched when most of us willing and wanting to help future generations. Genetic impacts from atomic and nuclear testing has consequences. Research may very well benefit this group in various ways as new technologies can help repair damaged DNA. We are an identifiable and willing global group seeking to be studied, not only to help ourselves and our physicians better understand identifiable markers and not lose an opportunity by the invisibility and vulnerability our circumstance found us, no matter what country we reside in.
For those of us that can prove we are Children of Atomic Veterans and wish to be considered for research, need information resources, or a location to go for updates, please take a look at the site and registry. I became intent on helping organize a global resource to connect Cold War victim groups and their impacted offspring worldwide from 1945 > 1998. With enough support and info resources we hope to expand the time-frame and types of exposure, but we are getting this segment organized first due to the ago of the Atomic Veterans and their aging 1st generation, like me, who are concerned about the genetically modified humans the Cold War arms race created.
Art in Action My Atomic brothers and sisters, friends and family and the extended organizations that have helped me understand the scope of the legacy are part of the fabric of my life and a portion of the proceeds from the Atomic Babylon Collection will support Projects of StillGlowing.org and raise awareness for the following organizations:
