Raising her voice through her ongoing Atomic Babylon Series, UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES is a message to the Marshallese, Atomic Veterans, Cleanup Veterans and civilians, including nuclear fuel chain and ionizing radiation waste workers, Pacific Islanders and downwinders that they are not alone. We see you.

Public unveiling of this artwork took place March 17, 2021 during a virtual Global Summit with Humanity Rising, sompsored by Ubiquity University..
The artist is honored Carol Kurtis has graciously accepted “Unintended Consequences” on behalf of the Alele Museum and National Archives of the Republic of the Marshall Islands as a gift or recognition and support from Children of Atomic Veterans worldwide and Victoria Moore Fine Art, LLC.

“The world is lifting veils of silence and can no longer be blind to our stories, to the plight of the Marshallese, and the global catastrophe bestowed upon their homeland that threatens mankind, now more than ever as truths become self-evident. Some were unintended consequences; others were quite clearly intended. If there is such a thing as social justice, rise up on behalf of those suffering the real consequences of the dawning of the nuclear age. Ask yourself, would stand on top of this dome for 5 minutes, knowing what we know now.”
